Registration is available for the following:
Open Events: ABCD Drop-Flight (16 entries or more), Round Robin (Less than 16 entries)
Men Singles, Men Doubles, Women Singles, Women Doubles, and Mixed Doubles
ENTRY FEE - $35 for each open event
Junior Events
U-17: Boy Singles, Boy Doubles, Girl Singles, and Girl Doubles
U-13: Boy Singles, Boy Doubles, Girl Singles, and Girl Doubles
ENTRY FEE - $20 for each junior event
The entry fee is to be paid online via PayPal.
******Important Registration Notes******
1. ABCD-Flight-Drop for the event with 16 entries or more:
Everyone starts in bracket A and the pre-selection of the starting bracket by the player(s) is not allowed. Loss of your match in round 1 and/or 2 results in the player(s) dropping in bracket level (A > B > C > D). The 2nd round determines your bracket placement for the rest of the event.
Triple-Elimination: Player(s) must lose 3 matches total to be eliminated from their respective event. Therefore, all players are guaranteed 3 matches per event.
Round 1 win > A, round 2 win > A, round 3 win > A
Round 1 win > A, round 2 win > A, round 3 lose > A
Round 1 win > A, round 2 lose > B, round 3 win > B
Round 1 win > A, round 2 lose > B, round 3 lose > B
Round 1 lose > C, round 2 win > C, round 3 win > C
Round 1 lose > C, round 2 win > C, round 3 lose > C
Round 1 lose > C, round 2 lose > D, round 3 win > D
Round 1 lose > C, round 2 lose > D, round 3 lose > Eliminated
2. Round Robin for the event less than 16 entries and more than 3 entries.
3. The Tournament Director reserves the right to combine or cancel events as needed due to the number of registrants.
Conditions:
1. Consolation draws (3 matches, 21 points) will be held for each event except those played as round robins or pools because of entry size.
2. All main and Consolation draw matches will be the best of three games to Badminton World Federation (BWF) 21 points with a rally-point scoring system.
3. All junior draw matches will be the best of three games to 21 points with a rally-point scoring system.
4. A player not ready to play 10 (ten) minutes after their match is called may be defaulted.
5. Each Player in a doubles partnership must submit separate entry forms.
6. For the U-17 age group, (athletes must have a birth date in either 2009 or later (2010, 2011, etc...)
7. For the U-13 age group, (athletes must have a birth date in either 2012 or later (2012, 2013, etc...)
8. Entry fees will only be eligible for refund if the tournament committee is notified at least 72 hours before the start of play.
9. The tournament committee reserves the right to change the above conditions.
